What is in Anton's Toscana Recipe?

Anton's Pasta Bar is a restaurant in Burnaby, BC. They have a dish called Fussilli alla Toscana. It has the greatest sauce on earth. I want to know what goes in it to make it so good. Alternatively, I'd like a link to a place where I can buy a recipe book with the recipe in it.
