Paint it a warm creamy color and then sponge or rag on a light golden yellow to resemble aged plaster. Along the ceiling line and in the upper corners "bounce" your brush that has a trace of a medium brown which will make it look even more aged as if centuries of dust have collected there.

Just did that and had great results.
I got my paint at Lowe's and I used Thyme Green,Bread Basket and Ponytail all in Satin.
Love it!!
