clay colors, (peach/light orange with brown, all the way to medium orange with brown)
olive greens
honey to deep gold
sky blue to medium turquoise
cobalt blue
wine red
warm creams
taupy browns

That sounds really pretty. That sounds like something I would like (I actually have some of those colors) to have in my kitchen. I think of mostly warm tones like rust, terra cotta, sienna, warm gold/yellow (sunflowers), moss green, sage green, and maybe colors of a West Texas sunset.

Tuscan colors vary but its mainly maroons, and darker greens, hues of brown earthy tones, and goldish mustard colors. At least those are the colors Ive seen in Tuscan Styled homes.

The colors in this piece are very "Tuscany" to me... I guess that it's called Tuscan Villa probably helps.
