Do they use turkey sausage in olive garden's zuppa toscana?

My dad made it and used beef sausage and it was too sausage-y. Do they use turkey instead at Olive garden? I tasted it and it tasted like some kind of poultry. So, can you tell me what it is?

zuppa tuscana is made with fresh Italian sausage which is made with pork. You could ask the Olive Garden to double check, but I'm sure they use Italian sausage.

Hi!

I'm a server at Olive Garden. (:

The Zuppa Toscana contains a spicy Italian sausage was delicious russet potatoes and cavolo greens. All in a creamy broth.

The Italian sausage is a pork sausage.

It's amazing too ;)

Hope it helps!
