Where can I find a recipe for Tuscany Pasta?

Have you tried Pizza Hut's Meaty Marinara Tuscani Pasta? It's GOOD. I have been trying to find a recipe to make a pasta like that so I can make it on my own, instead of having to order it anytime I wanted to eat the pasta.

Well, I have not tried that one, but since the blood runs in my family, this is how we make:

Tuscan Pasta

This recipe calls for ziti which is a classic accompaniment to ground meats and welcomes the addition of vegetables.

1 pound cooked ziti pasta
1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions,chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil (drained)
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Prepare pasta according to directions on box.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef until completely cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add the onions and garlic and cook until tender.

Add tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, spinach, salt and pepper to skillet and cook until hot.

Mix pasta with the hot sauce. Put into an oven-proof dish. Cover with cheese and cook into preheated 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes until all cheese is melted.

The recipe is probably guarded at the Yum Brands lab. It contains MSG so it probably is not really that good. The monosodium glutamate just make your brain think the stuff tastes great.

There should be only one way to punish the mistaken ones - make them study
