What do you think about tuscany?

I stayed in Tuscany for about 2 months and loved it! I lived in a small town called Castiglion Fiorentino. The landscapes are amazing, incredibly picturesque. The culture where I lived was very easy to adjust to. The people are very easy going and passive. There is a lot of history in the region, Etruscan and Medieval. A lot of history in the arts as well, towns in which the old masters (Da vinci, Michelangelo, Caravaggio) were born or worked. Great wineries as well, those are a pleasant visit.
Decisions made in haste always seem to us as extraordinarily noble and heroic, but, as a rule, they lead to foolishness

Tuscany with all it's charms will always be a top draw but please, please, please....don't ever allow Pizza Hut and their damned Tuscani Pasta to set foot in the area. I recently flew in from Italy and saw the commercials on tv. Talk about culture shock. No Tuscani pasta in Tuscany!

It would an utter travesty.

I'm from Italy and I went to Grosseto last summer!!! The sea is wonderful and the food too. However Toscana is Italy and, you know, Italy is beautiful!
The landscape history is very old... Toscana is the native land of the extraordinary Etruschi!!!

Bye bye!!!!

i am not from tuscany, but i'd love to...just think almost all italian artists were born here (leonardo da vinci, giacomo puccini, pietro mascagni, botticelli, raffaello, michelangelo and so on...)

Isn't Tuscany a milk company...That makes milk? Wow, I never knew it was a town!
