Does anyone know how to cook green beans the tuscany way?

Hi Folks,

I seem to remember that the beans would be fried but I am unable to remember much more.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

TUSCAN GREEN BEANS

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4cup slivered salami (opcional)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup seeded and finely chopped tomato
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound fresh or frozen green beans

Directions:
In medium saucepan, stir and cook garlic and salami in olive oil over medium heat until golden and crisp. Add tomato, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper; stir until warm and blended. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm. Wash and trim frehs green beans. Boil, steam or microwave green beans until tender and crisp, drain. Place on warm serving platter. Reheat sauce if necesary, spoon warm sauce over green beans
